In order to comply with the Executive Order no. 4/2006, 23^rd of January in 2006, which defines that the maximum sulphur content for commercial diesel cannot exceed 0.005% by weight, in Macao Special Administrative Region, the Environment Council has collected samples from 18 fuel stations and tanks in Macao, Taipa, Coloane and Ka-Ho, on 21^st October 2008. After analysis, the sulphur content, of all these samples, ranged from 0.00149% to 0.00207% by weight, and did not exceed the limited in the Executive Order.
